We design, own, lease, manage, and operate fully built-out, data centers for tenants that require a physically secure building with high density power & cooling capacity. As a leading wholesale provider of premium data centers in the United States, DFT enables tenants to achieve maximum optimization of their computing infrastructure by efficiently managing their operating expenses and delivering power and cooling in a “pay as you grow” usage-based billing model.
Our data centers are located in Northern Virginia, and we expect to deliver an additional facility in Chicago during the Q2 of 2008. Expansion plans for additional sites within the United States are under development for Santa Clara, New Jersey and the Ashburn Corporate Center campus in Virginia.
