Founded in 1975 and based in Prince Georges County since 1980, Gray Graphics is a family/woman owned & minority certified business located in Capitol Heights, Maryland. With 50,000 square feet of warehouse space and 65 employees, Gray Graphics has evolved from a single person operation to a full service commercial and government offset and digital printing company, handling everything from design through distribution. Our success has been built on the strong belief that by fully accommodating our customer’s needs and establishing an excellent rapport with them, we are able to provide value added services and ultimately produce the finished product they desire. We believe that by working closely with our customers we are able to meet their requirements for guaranteed satisfaction and on time delivery.
Gray Graphics is committed to being an environmentally responsible printer. In addition to being an EPA Green Power Partner and powered by wind energy through Clean Currents, we use SOY based inks in the production of our products and recycle nearly 100% of our waste paper. Additionally we recently obtained our FSC certification from the Rainforest Alliance of America ensuring we play our role in using materials from well managed forests that are as environmentally friendly as possible.
A winner of multiple Gold Ink and Premier Print awards, Gray Graphics is unique in that we offer an expansive variety of products and services all under one roof to meet all of our clients printing needs. Our products range from short run print on demand black and white and digital color reproduction to long run sheet-fed and web publications.
The latest additions to our state of the art equipment include a 20 pocket Muller Martini Pantera Binder with PUR glue finishing, a Fuji Luxel 5600 Final Proofer, and a 28” x 40” Man Roland 708 Perfecting sheet-fed press, offering 8 colors plus inline roll sheeting. The Man Roland 708 Press offers state of the art technology in printing presses incorporating the PECOM system on the front end to capture job parameters and ink densities for automatic make ready, high speed production, and dead on registration consistently throughout production from first to last sheet. Our equipment capabilities along with our recently earned G7 certification give us the ability to offer our clients superior quality at the competitive prices they deserve.
