What is your primary product or service?
Residential architecture - high end single family - primary residences and secondary homes particularly for waterfront settings. We are well versed in working through the environmental restrictions imposed along the Chesapeake and its tributaries as well as the Delaware, Pamlico and Albemarle Sounds.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
When even very young we as part of a large family were involved directly in maintaining and overseeing our family properties - a sugarbush/farm on Squam Lake and our in town house.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We carefully integrate the house with the surrounding landscape for environmental comfort and enhanced and ease of use of both.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Two - St Michaels MD and Washington DC

Our work has brought us to many US states - east, west mountain and high desert, Canada and the islands

I manage the firm with a bookkeeper
